Choosing wedding planning services à la carte allows you to select the specific assistance you need in planning and organizing your wedding. Using wedding planning services à la carte is an inexpensive and efficient way to utilize the expertise of the team at A Beautiful Wedding. This method of planning is geared towards brides and grooms who do not mind doing their own legwork, but would like the advice and guidance of a professional consultant throughout the planning process. You are the planner — we have the expertise.

Select individual or multiple services from the list below and we will provide you with the assistance you need to make everything perfect. Any à la carte service may be added to any wedding package if it is not already included:

  • Private, personal one-on-one consultation by the hour (three hour minimum)

  • Wedding Proposal planning

  • Officiant to perform your ceremony (the “I Do Crew” includes three Officiants)

  • Custom Wedding Vows, written just for you

  • Arranging to have your Vows transcribed into cursive handwriting for a keepsake

  • Creating a list of Wedding Party Duties, detailed Itinerary, and Timeline

  • Research and Referral Service for Wedding Professionals

  • A member of the “I Do Crew” can attend all wedding professional appointments with you, billed per hour

  • Budgeting

  • Ceremony Site Selection

  • Destination Weddings

  • Honeymoon Packages (travel included!)

  • Wedding Etiquette

  • Addressing Invitations in calligraphy or cursive handwriting, envelope stuffing, and mailing

  • Creating your very own postage stamps featuring a picture of the two of you

  • Wedding programs, menus, table cards, place cards, signs, banners, maps, and other custom inserts

  • Light Decorating of Ceremony Site

  • Recommending items of decor available for rental (Visit our Wedding Shoppe!) 

  • Reception Venue Selection

  • Seating and Floor Plan Preparation

  • Ice Sculptures & Chocolate Fountains

  • Photo Booths

  • Rehearsal Dinner Arrangements and Coordination

  • Assistance with locating a seamstress for alterations

  • Wedding Insurance

  • Pick-up and delivery of small items on your wedding day

  • Dentistry Assistance for teeth whitening

  • Assist in arranging child care providers. Each child care provider is paid a $50.00 base by you or you can divide it between families. In addition, child care providers are paid $10.00 per child in Lawrence, $15.00 per child outside of Lawrence. Child care is paid by each child’s parents. (This is money well spent. Yes, I think of everything and you can thank me later!)
