We offer a variety of wedding planning packages at different levels of service. All of our packages and options are listed below. For example, we could oversee the entire wedding process with you, including a honeymoon package, or help with just a “Weekend Of” coordination package, a Groom’s Assistance package, a package that offers hourly consultations only, or choose your planning services à la carte.
Each bride and groom need specific services for their unique wedding; therefore, we customize our wedding packages to fit your needs. The services listed under the à la carte heading may be added to any package. All pricing depends on which services you request and how much planning you have already taken care of; therefore, we will offer a quote after your free initial consultation.
We offer a 10% discount on all of our services to those who serve or have served our country in the military or National Guard, as well as First Responders. Thank you for your service. Please present your Military ID when you come for your appointment.
Ultimate Elegance Package
What will you get in the Ultimate Elegance
package? Everything you need!
This package includes full wedding planning
and consultation services. You will have the
“I Do” Crew’s full attention from the beginning
of planning to the end of your reception,
including all of the following:
Six private consultations, unlimited email
support and phone consultations, budget
guidance, assistance selecting all your wedding
professionals, attend wedding professional meetings, assistance selecting the perfect ceremony site and reception site, doing a walk-through up to two times of each site, assistance with floor plans and seating plans, discussing your timeline and checklists — both bride’s checklist and groom’s checklist — on a regular basis, and offering etiquette guidance throughout planning.
A detailed Wedding Day Itinerary will be prepared closer to the time of your wedding and after you have given your approval, it will then be sent out to all the wedding professionals, the wedding party, and the wedding families.
During the week preceding your wedding, we will follow up with all your wedding professionals to finalize all details. We will schedule arrival and delivery times with each wedding professional, as well as set up and break down times, give directions, special meal needs, linens, rental items, etc.
A member of the “I Do” Crew will attend and facilitate your wedding rehearsal, taking the lead or assisting the wedding Officiant at your rehearsal. In sites and venues that have an in-house event manager or wedding coordinator, we will work alongside them at the rehearsal, offering assistance in directing the processional, recessional and all of the other details.
On your wedding day we will be there every step of the way, from sewing on a missing button to greeting late arrival guests, and ensure that everyone is where they need to be at the right time and place. We will orchestrate the entire flow of the day and ensure that everything is done as you request on your wedding day. We will handle all the details—the planned and the unexpected—so that you can focus on your love for each other, your families, and guests. We will foster a serene atmosphere that will provide you and your guests with a truly memorable, joyful experience, free from stress and worry.
After the ceremony, a member of the “I Do” Crew will direct the reception according to a pre-approved timeline, working alongside the venue’s event manager, so you can relax and enjoy your celebration. And we always come prepared with our wedding day emergency kit.

and want to create a memorable and unique
wedding. This couple needs the support of

to oversee the logistical details on their

This is a popular choice for couples who have a short engagement or who are looking for a guidance level option from a professional wedding consultant. This package is also great for the couple who is just getting started with their wedding planning.
This package will begin with a two hour consultation to learn about you, your style, your ideas, and what your vision is of your wedding day. It also includes all of the following:
Up to six consultations prior to your wedding, two wedding professional meetings, (for example, the florist, Entertainment Director, cake tasting, or menu tasting), coordinating the rehearsal, ceremony and reception, preparing a detailed Wedding Day Itinerary, confirming all arrangements, as well as one site visit prior to your rehearsal, and wedding day management. A Wedding Binder will be given to you to keep you organized. Our ultimate wedding emergency kit will be available for your use.
